畑に植え付けた玉豊の苗が、少しずつ成長してきました🌱
 

先日の台風では、強い風の影響で苗が横倒しになってしまいましたが、その後も元気に育っています。
 

厳しい環境の中でもしっかりと根を張り、たくましく成長する姿に、植物の生命力の強さを感じます✨
 
玉豊は、昔ながらの干し芋らしい素朴な甘さと、芋本来の風味が特徴の品種です。
一般的なさつまいもの栽培では「マルチ」と呼ばれるビニールを畝に張ることがありますが、幸田商店では玉豊の特性に合わせ、マルチを使用せずに栽培しています🌱
 
これから夏の日差しをたっぷり浴びながら、秋の収穫に向けてさらに大きく育っていきます🍠
おいしいさつまいもをお届けできるよう、引き続き大切に見守ってまいります。

Our Tamayutaka sweet potato seedlings are steadily growing in the fields 🌱

The recent typhoon brought strong winds that knocked many of the seedlings over, but they continue to grow strong and healthy.
Even under challenging conditions, they have taken root firmly and continue to thrive. Their resilience reminds us of the amazing strength of nature ✨

Tamayutaka is a variety known for its gentle, natural sweetness and the rich, authentic flavor of sweet potatoes.
While plastic mulch is often used in sweet potato cultivation, we grow our Tamayutaka without mulch to suit the characteristics of this variety. 🌱

As the seedlings soak up the summer sunshine, they will continue growing toward the autumn harvest 🍠
We will continue to care for them and look forward to bringing you delicious sweet potatoes.
