畑へ植える「苗植え」の作業を行いました🌱
 

苗植えでは、苗の向きや間隔を確認しながら、
一本一本丁寧に植え付けていきます。
 

苗の状態に合わせて植え方を調整することも大切で、
経験を活かしながら作業を進めています。
