冷凍庫にあると手軽に食べられる「冷凍焼き芋」🍠
そのままでも美味しいですが、今回はアレンジレシピのご紹介です🙌

焼き芋春巻き
┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈

＜材料＞
・冷凍焼き芋　　　500ｇ
・春巻きの皮　　　10枚
・あんこ　　　　　100ｇ
・クリームチーズ　100ｇ
・塩（お好みで）　少々
 
≪作り方≫
① 冷凍焼き芋とあんこ（またはクリームチーズ）を春巻きの皮で包む
② 油を180℃に熱し、こんがり色づくまでカラッと揚げる
③ 揚げたてに塩をパラパラとふりかけて完成！
 
甘じょっぱさがクセになる、外はパリッと中はとろ〜りの絶品おやつです✨

• Frozen Roasted Sweet Potato (Yaki-imo): 500g
• Spring Roll Wrappers: 10 sheets
• Anko (Sweet Red Bean Paste): 100g
• Cream Cheese: 100g
• Salt (optional): A pinch

≪Instructions≫
①Wrap the frozen roasted sweet potato and Anko (or cream cheese) in the spring roll wrappers.
②Heat the oil to 180°C and deep-fry until golden brown and crispy.
③Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the freshly fried rolls and serve!
